Pressure-Relief Mattresses
Hospital beds can be paired with a therapeutic mattress or a pressure-relief support surface, including low air loss and alternating pressure air mattresses, to help reduce the risk of bedsores.
How Rental, Delivery & Setup Work
- Monthly rentals. A valid credit card is kept on file and billed on a recurring basis.
- Delivery, setup and education included. All rentals include setup, delivery, education and ongoing maintenance for the entire rental period.
- Delivery hours. Our trucks service the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast MondayβFriday, 9am to 5pm. Weekend, holiday and after-hours delivery is available for an additional service charge.
- Early returns. Refunds or prorated funds are not available for early returns.
- Rent or buy. Renting is ideal for short-term recovery, post-surgery or temporary care; buying is a long-term option. We also sell hospital beds.

Medical Equipment Specialists is a Medicare supplier for hospital beds on a non-assigned basis, and coverage requires documented medical necessity. Non-assigned means you may need to pay for the equipment upfront, and Medicare then reimburses you according to its own rules and coverage criteria.
