1. Check Mask Fit |
Reseat your mask. Run “Mask Fit” under “My Options” on the device. Replace cushion if worn. |
2. Inspect Tubing |
Look for cracks or pinholes. Ensure tight connections at both mask and machine ends. Replace if needed. |
3. Check Humidifier Chamber |
Remove, clean, dry, and firmly reseat the water tub. Replace if cracked or warped. |
4. Replace Air Filter |
Dirty or loose filters can cause airflow noise. Replace with a ResMed-branded filter. Located behind side panel. |
5. Reset the Device |
Unplug machine for 15 seconds. Plug back in and listen if sound changes. |
6. Evaluate Pressure Settings |
If pressure recently increased, airflow noise may be louder. Consult provider if unsure. |
