Customer Service

  • We service Southeastern Wisconsin within a fifty mile radius. We service Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Dodge, and Washington Counties
  • 24 hour emergency service
  • Delivery and Pick-up and Equipment and Supplies
  • Monitoring use of Equipment
  • Billing of primary or secondary payer sources
  • Rework of denied claims
  • Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client, family and caregiver
  • Follow-up with physicians (progress and compliance)
  • User compliance reports
  • Product and technology training for physicians and therapists
  • Assist with arrangements for patient oxygen travel
  • Loaner products while client's product is in for service
  • Respiratory health education to seniors in assisted living centers ortability of O2
  • Accepting assignment for Medicare (accepting full payment at the "maximum allowable charge" rate)

Our Employees:

We have Licensed Respiratory Therapists on staff who are available during Normal Business Hours as well as a Primary On-Call Person. Medical Equipment Specialists Delivery Technicians are highly trained and skilled individuals who take pride in helping our Customers.

Our Customer Service, Billing and Service Departments are available to our Customers daily to assist with set-ups, questions and reorders.

All employees are Medical Equipment Specialists employees. We service all of our Customers - we do not sub- contract. We believe our Customers prefer to work with the same familiar faces and we aspire to treat each Customer as we would like to be treated.
